Hemos alquilado tres e-bikes durante cinco días para un recorrido de Huelva a Albufeira. La entrega puntual y la recogida sin problemas. Las bicicletas en perfecto estado. Muy cómodo no tener que llevar la bici de casa al punto de partida.

increible experiencia en cycling rentals. se recomienda 100%. bicis de carretera en perfecto estado, nos hicieron una ruta especifica por nosotras (super xula), nos dieron cantimploras y nos dejaros duchas al final de la excursion. el mejor sitio de alquiler de bicicletas que hemos ido! muchas gracias

Ik vertrok vanuit Santiago de Compostella en beëindigde mijn reis in Sintra. Dankzij de snelle hulp van Cycling Rentals en hun kwaliteitsvol materiaal, legde ik een vlot en probleemloos traject af op 6 dagen.

Zelfs bij het zoeken van mijn rugzak, hielpen ze mij zo goed als mogelijk. Dat verwarmt mijn hart.

Ik zou hier nog lang kunnen doorgaan maar het komt eigenlijk neer op 1 ding: dit is het bedrijf om je beste fiets te vinden en je avontuur te starten.

This is the second time I have used Cycling Rentals. They make it incredibly easy. From the first inquiry email to leaving the bikes at my destination, Didi has been responsive, helpful, open to change, and excited about our journey. This time, six of us biked the Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. The maps were spot-on and simple to follow. The accommodation was better than expected. The price was more than fair. Considering they are rentals and have been through who knows what, even the bikes did the job comfortably and safely. They even have bike shops listed along the route, just in case. Thank you, Didi and Cycling Rentals.

Another great cycling holiday. This time we did the Portuguese Camino on ebikes - Porto to Santiago de Compostela. Good quality bikes, excellent navigation using Ride with GPS and nice accommodation (few minor issues with one of the hotels but we have fed this back to the company. The organisation, eg literature, advice and luggage transfers) was excellent. Would be happy to book with them again.

Very good communication, delivery as promised with easy to follow bike prep instructions.

Pumps not useful though and though both bikes were good quality and worked well, one of them had a kickstand that was missing one of two attachment screws (the second slot was stripped) and the remaining screw gave out near the end of our two weeks. That same bike also squeaked for days despite generous relubrication. The right pedal also gave out and we paid to have a new pedal set installed at a bike shop. We think the pedal was probably going from the start and was the cause of the squeaking.

Still, overall a great experience. Parts wear out and we were able to get these things fixed at bike shops along the way.

Two saddlebags and a front bag plus a small tool kit were very useful. Would recommend additional lubricant as there was just one small bottle in one of the bike bags.

Would use them again.

There is no wonder Cycling Rentals gets a five-star review. Everything about this company, communication, the routes, the bikes, and accommodation deserves a five-star rating. Didi did an excellent job keeping us informed before, during and after the trip. The bikes were delivered to our first hotel, and they were already assembled, which was icing on the cake. Every hotel was in an excellent location, they were clean, friendly hosts, comfortable beds, with great quality breakfasts. The daily luggage transfer was spot on. The hard-copy information booklet received with the bikes had all the necessary information, the right number of tags, tie-wraps, plastic bags and it was easy to follow. The attention to detail is just superb. The app provided for the daily trip planning was extremely helpful and spot on with the recommendations for local sightseeing, stops along the way, and restaurants. The GPS app was a life saver and spot on. One day after we dropped off the bikes, we missed them already and we were ready to continue our adventure. We certainly hope to be back for more bike trips with Cycling Rentals. Highly recommended them!!!

I am a avid cyclist, who is still learning my way around single track. Ralph made me feel comfortable at all points and I truly appreciated our conversations that we had. He knows the trails like the back of his hand and takes some amazing photos as well.
